What You’ll Do
- Analyze product usage, customer workflows, and business performance to uncover insights
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and ops to define requirements and shape new features
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, fraud trends, and verification performance
- Deep dive into customer data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product and GTM strategy
- Support customer onboarding and implementations with data-driven recommendations
We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product analytics, or operations strategy
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Postgres, spreadsheets, and BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker)
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured analysis and actionable insights
- Comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
